Grant heads up a conglomerate of multi-media companies that provide an array of services. His years of experience as songwriter, musical director for Mary Wells, Marvin Gaye & The Temptations, music reviewer for the Hollywood Reporter, Journalist for BRE Magazine, and Manager to various artists qualifies his position.

Grant ,a musical prodigy at age 15 transplanted in Detroit, was the Musical Director of the Temptations for nearly twenty years. Earlier in his career he directed the music for Mary Wells and Marvin Gaye. He co-wrote the blockbuster, "(I know) I'm losing you" for The Temptations which was covered by Rod Stewart and Rare Earth as well as many others. He also co-wrote favorites like "You're My Everything" (Temptations), and many more hits for such artists as Gladys Knight & The Pips, Martha Reeves, Rose Royce, Edwin Starr, Marvin Gaye, The Commodores, The Jackson Five and Stevie Wonder.
Grant is presently co-producer and co-host of the RUTH'S BAR TV show featuring interviews, entertainment news, oldies music, and many interesting points of view. In addition, in 2012 he  presented the 2nd annual Skoole Awards to salute the old school pioneers and entrepreneurs whose life's work has made a difference in the entertainment lives of our nation and t  he rest of the world
